1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to Bridgepoint Support Services, LLC. By using this website, you agree to the terms on this page. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
These terms apply to all website visitors, including individuals, families, Service Coordinators, Administrative Entities, businesses, community groups, cheer programs, dance programs, and the general public.
All information on this website is general and informational only. Nothing on this website should be considered legal, medical, clinical, or regulatory advice.
1.1 ODP APPROVED PROVIDER
Bridgepoint Support Services, LLC is an Approved Provider with the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services, Office of Developmental Programs, for Communication Support Services.
Information regarding ODP services on this website is based on current regulations under 55 Pa. Code Chapter 6100, ODP bulletins and guidelines, DHS privacy requirements, and person-centered practices.
Bridgepoint represents all ODP-funded services accurately and professionally.
1.2 ODP SERVICES AND PRIVATE NON-ODP SERVICES
Bridgepoint offers two separate categories of services. These categories are strictly separated for compliance and transparency.
A. ODP-Funded Services
Bridgepoint currently provides Communication Support Services through ODP waiver programs. These services follow all ODP regulations, documentation standards, and PROMISe billing requirements. ODP-funded services are never mixed, replaced, or combined with private services.
B. Private Non-ODP Services (Self-Pay Only)
These services are not funded through Medicaid or the waiver, are not reimbursed through PROMISe, and do not affect eligibility for ODP services.
1. Community Guidance (Self-Pay Only) — Coming Soon
Bridgepoint is developing a private Community Guidance service. This service is designed for cheer programs, dance programs, recreation and after-school programs, businesses, and other organizations that want staff training to better support individuals with disabilities.
This service is entirely self-pay. It is not paid through the waiver, is not Medicaid-funded, is not billed through PROMISe, and is not part of any ODP service. It is not clinical or therapeutic in nature.
Pricing for Community Guidance will be announced once the service becomes available.
2. Adaptive 3D-Printed Tools (Self-Pay Only) — Coming Soon
Bridgepoint is developing private adaptive items such as AAC keyguards, visual schedules, First-Then boards, pencil grips, zipper pulls, sensory tools, wheelchair cupholders, and adaptive utensil supports.
These items are self-pay only. They are not ODP-funded, not reimbursed through PROMISe, and not considered part of Communication Support Services. Adaptive tools may be used during ODP services when appropriate, but they are never billed to ODP.
3. Bridgepoint Inclusive Events (Self-Pay Only) — Coming Soon
Bridgepoint is planning future community events such as inclusive dances, social gatherings, communication-friendly meetups, and group skill-building experiences.
These events are self-pay only. They are not ODP services and not reimbursed through PROMISe.
Bridgepoint maintains a strict separation between all waiver-funded services and all private self-pay services.
1.3 PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Bridgepoint complies with all privacy laws and standards, including HIPAA, 55 Pa. Code Section 6100.51, and all DHS and ODP confidentiality expectations.
